Conditions
The estimated arrival and departure time should be communicated 3 days before the arrival
per e-mail to postmaster@cataloniacoastvillas.com and
pizuro2000@yahoo.es. Then you will get
the exact indications and a phone number of the contact person.

KEYS: The keys will be given when the total amount and deposit have been
paid.
This amount should be paid in CASH. Please, make sure to have the exact amount
prepared.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 150 euros is required BEFORE entering the
apartment. The total amount of the deposit will be refunded when returning the
keys and after a final check that the apartment and the furniture are in order and no
damaged.
CLEANING: An extra 40 euros are charged for cleaning
service. One payment per booking.
VERY IMPORTANT
It is forbidden to stay with more people than mentioned in the previous contract.
The rest and peace of the neighbours must be respected. Consequently,
noise is forbidden after 21:30, inside the apartment or when returning at night
time. Take care when closing the entrance and the apartmentīs door.
We will not tolerate people who do not respect these norms and they will
automatically be asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid.
Without previous authorization, animals are not accepted, and always a
deposit of 300 euros refunded on the departure
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Until 30 days before the arrival, we will refund 100 % of the reservation.
- From 30 to 20 days before the arrival, we will refund 50 % of the
reservation.
- From 20 to 10 days before the arrival, we will not refund the reservation.
- Less than 10 days before the arrival, we will charge 50 % of the total amount
of the
stay.
Without previous cancellation, we will charge the total amount of the stay
